We are a recruiting firm partnering with a portfolio of high-growth startups across the U.S., including venture-backed companies in AI, SaaS, marketplaces, and consumer tech.

Our clients range from early-stage startups (Seed–Series A) to more established high-growth companies (Series B–D), many backed by top-tier investors.

We are actively building a pipeline of Product Designers for upcoming and ongoing opportunities across our network.

About the Opportunity

This is a general application role for Product Designers interested in being considered for multiple opportunities with our partner companies.

If your background aligns, we will reach out with relevant roles that match your experience, preferences, and compensation expectations.

What You Might Work On

Depending on the company and role, you may:

• Design end-to-end product experiences (0 1 or scaling products)
• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
• Build and evolve design systems
• Prototype in Figma or code (React/TypeScript is a plus)
• Design AI-first or data-heavy interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Shape product strategy and user experience decisions

What We're Looking For

• 2–6+ years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
• Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with AI products, developer tools, or SaaS is a strong plus
• Bonus: ability to prototype in code (React, Framer, etc.)
