Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Paid Ads, CRM management, and Marketing Planning to support the growth of a dynamic company in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Paid Ads campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to support customer journeys.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.

• Analyze data and report on campaign performance.

• Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing goals.

• Support brand awareness and lead-generation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Paid Ads management and optimization.

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).

• Solid experience in Marketing Planning and execution.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Full driving license (desired).
