Define Barber Limited, a vibrant and growing barbershop catering to both Irish and Brazilian communities in Dublin, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends in the grooming and barbershop industry, customer preferences, and competitor activities, with a particular focus on the Brazilian community in Ireland.

• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences (Irish and Brazilian clients), pricing strategies, and culturally relevant promotional plans.

• Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and suggest improvements based on client feedback and cultural insights.

• Support the coordination of promotional events and client visits to enhance community engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SPSS, or similar).

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage to engage with Brazilian clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a multicultural environment.
