Eligible Roles Covered:
SOC 2431 Architects

Registered architects (RIAI, ARB, or equivalent)

Experience in sustainable design, planning applications, and BIM
SOC 2432 Town Planning Officers

Urban or regional planners with experience in land use, zoning, and infrastructure development

Knowledge of Irish/UK planning frameworks and community consultation practices
SOC 2433 Quantity Surveyors

Professionals skilled in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration

Familiarity with public works contracts and international tendering processes
SOC 2435 Architectural Technologists

Specialists in technical design, Revit/BIM, building compliance, and detailing

Key liaison between design and construction phases
SOC 2436 Construction Project Managers

Leaders with experience in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects

Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination
Commercial Managers (non-SOC but relevant)

Oversee project finance, procurement strategies, and risk management across large-scale developments
What Were Looking For:

Relevant degree or professional qualification in your field

Professional registration or chartership (e.g., RIAI, CIOB, RICS, RTPI, etc.)

Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and with international teams

Familiarity with Irish/UK standards, safety regulations, and planning policies

Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK or to receive an employment visa, depending on the role and employer
