Our Talent Pool supports public and private sector recruitment in architecture, urban planning, quantity surveying, construction project management, and commercial leadership roles.

Eligible Roles Covered:

SOC 2431 Architects

• Registered architects (RIAI, ARB, or equivalent)

• Experience in sustainable design, planning applications, and BIM

SOC 2432 Town Planning Officers

• Urban or regional planners with experience in land use, zoning, and infrastructure development

• Knowledge of Irish/UK planning frameworks and community consultation practices

SOC 2433 Quantity Surveyors

• Professionals skilled in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration

• Familiarity with public works contracts and international tendering processes

SOC 2435 Architectural Technologists

• Specialists in technical design, Revit/BIM, building compliance, and detailing

• Key liaison between design and construction phases

SOC 2436 Construction Project Managers

• Leaders with experience in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects

• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination

Commercial Managers (non-SOC but relevant)

• Oversee project finance, procurement strategies, and risk management across large-scale developments

What Were Looking For:

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in your field

• Professional registration or chartership (e.g., RIAI, CIOB, RICS, RTPI, etc.)

• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and with international teams

• Familiarity with Irish/UK standards, safety regulations, and planning policies

• Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK or to receive an employment visa, depending on the role and employer
