We are building the first global digital regulatory infrastructure, powered by artificial intelligence, connecting regulators and companies across more than 20 countries. Our growth is fast-paced, and we are looking for someone eager to be part of this challenge from the very beginning.

What you will do

• Update and organize our regulatory database across 20+ countries, including strategic contacts, regulators, and organizations.

• Structure and document an efficient process for collecting, standardizing, and updating data.

• Work with Airtable, S3, and advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), ensuring consistency and quality.

• Interact directly with the innovation and technology team, contributing to data integration in AI applications.

• Collaborate in the use of automation tools such as N8N and ChatGPT to accelerate processes and generate insights.

• Produce progress reports in ClickUp to monitor tasks and deliverables.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in data management and organization.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge in regulation, compliance, or legal (desired, but not mandatory).

• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and results clearly.

• Willingness to work with cutting-edge technology and learn on the go.

• CDMP certification or similar will be considered a plus.

Nice-to-have (extra points)

• Experience with Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Legal background interested in transitioning to tech/data.

• Experience with automations using N8N, APIs, or low-code/no-code integrations.

• Experience in startups or international regulatory data projects.
