We use Manatal to manage our recruitment processes. InfoJobs acts solely as a data processor, under our written instructions and with appropriate safeguards in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with us:

• Identity & Contact Data: Name, address, phone, email, date of birth, photo, government ID (where permitted by law)

• Professional Data: CV, cover letter, education, employment history, skills, certifications, interview notes

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, location, website usage (see cookie section)

• Special Categories (optional): Information about health, ethnicity, or gender identity (only for inclusive recruitment or legal obligations, with your explicit consent)

We may also receive information from:

• Job boards, university databases, or LinkedIn (based on your privacy settings)

• Referrers (if someone recommends you, we will request your consent before processing)
