About the job Ecommerce Insight & Data Analyst

As an Ecommerce Insight & Data Analyst you'll be responsible for data gathering & consolidation, including but not limited to online sales, digital media, digital shelf metrics and online market data across the GCC & MENA region.

You will need to be hands-on and willing to go through the granular process to retrieve the data from various sources and come up with data visualization that is user-friendly to be used by the organization.

What You'll Do

Responsible for data gathering & consolidation, including but not limited to online sales, digital media, digital shelf metrics, and online market data.

Hands-on and willing to go through granular processes to retrieve the data from various sources, such as seller center, brand portal, internal system and third-party vendors.

Be the main contact person between internal and external agencies for data-related projects.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports and track this against the KPI set by the organization.

Proposed data roadmap and visualization that is user-friendly to be used by the organization.

Use the data to generate insights and recommendations to improve our eCommerce business and digital marketing strategies.

Good stakeholder management and ability to communicate recommendations to various stakeholders in the organization.

Be an ambassador and drive shift for data-driven decision-making in the organization.

Your Qualifications

3 years of experience in Data Analyst role in consumer electronics/appliances/ FMCGs

Proficiency using Excel and power BI.

Experience in using e-commerce/data tools such as Seller Center, brand portal, marketing solution portal, SAP.

Attention to detail, data quality excellence.

Good analytical skills

Independent, able to take initiative and goal-oriented.

Entrepreneurship and growth mindset.
