About the job Growth Marketing Manager - Tech Co.
We are looking for a data-driven growth marketer to help our client establish, run and optimize their organisation's growth engine. You'll work closely with the founders & CMO to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals and take a hands-on and data-driven approach to plan, launch, track and analyze growth marketing campaigns across the whole funnel. Looking for someone who can drive strategy at a high level as well as roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day execution.
Work cross-functionally with other areas of the business (product, development, customer success, and sales) to drive our growth and go-to-market strategy and establish a clear path towards growing our revenue. Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including the marketing database and email campaigns.
Establish business content strategy, and write content
Establish and oversee manage performance marketing campaigns and content creation.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build a growth engine based on data, automation, experimentation, and customer feedback.
Develop, execute, measure, and report on growth marketing campaigns across the whole funnel and multiple platforms, including but not limited to paid social, SEO/SEM, display, and content.
Establish and champion tracking and attribution across the funnel.
Analyze the results of all campaigns and communicate learning to the rest of the team, including important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Set up tools and dashboards to measure the impact of campaigns against revenue generated and other metrics essential to our business.
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Deep B2B & B2C SaaS marketing experience.
Experience with Product-led growth and Enterprise.
Experience developing and owning implementation of the marketing technology stack from the ground up.
5+ years of experience of hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO/SEM,
Analytics and Reporting, and Growth Hacking.
Experience running content marketing initiatives.
Highly analytical and data-driven.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for Marketing and Marketing tech.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture partnerships and being an evangelist for our product, business, and mission.
Arabic will be an advantage but not mandatory.
Pref. be based in Saudi or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA. Open to travel across GCC countries.
