Responsibilities:

This individual will possess the expertise to manipulate pivotal performance drivers, interpret data insights, and aid in the seamless transition of tasks currently outsourced to our agency partner to in-house responsibilities.

Responsible for overseeing demand generation, data analysis, inventory management, and executing SEO & PPC strategies on Amazon & Retailer storefronts.

Take charge of the entire Amazon account management process, prioritizing optimization of product listings for search, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Also, manage the product launch cycle to meet deadlines and revenue goals.

Collaborate with internal teams in Marketing and Operations to manage Amazon inventory effectively and ensure a positive customer experience on the platform.

Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon vendor interactions.

Leverage Amazon/Retailer ads to boost product visibility and traffic, while keeping an eye on competitor activities and market trends for strategic decision-making.

Perform thorough keyword research for PPC campaigns, optimize product listings, and align with business objectives.

Analyze sales performance data to create reports, identify trends, and offer actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

Evaluate and report on digital media accounts and campaign trends.

Proficient in Seller Central and advertising management tools

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Amazon business management.

Thorough understanding of Amazon Ads, including ad auction, bidding types, advertising ecosystem, copy & creative aspects, best practices, bid optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.

Demonstrable track record of success in Amazon management and/or sales growth.

Experience in web merchandising, content, and creative optimization.

Operational expertise, including knowledge of order management processes and key Amazon supply chain performance indicators.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic work environment.

Possesses a growth mindset and a willingness to delve into details and take a hands-on approach.
