Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead the paid digital marketing strategy across acquisition and retention, covering Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels
Develop a comprehensive understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies, collaborating across channels such as SEO and CRM
Drive profitable ROAS channel by channel, setting CPC and ROAS thresholds, and optimize daily in all paid channels to achieve objectives
Prioritize innovation and testing as part of a data-driven, continuous strategy
Act as the primary link between digital marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to develop paid digital marketing channels
Optimize conversion funnels for paid traffic sources, campaigns, and user segments in collaboration with the e-commerce sales and marketing teams

You are a data-driven digital marketer with extensive experience using various Digital Marketing tools and platforms. You are an experienced professional capable of executing hands-on operational tasks within tools while also strategically planning budgets and ideating activations. A team player focused on innovation, data analysis, and creativity, you are capable of thinking outside the box and elevating brand strategy to new heights.
Requirements
Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in digital marketing, showcasing a strong track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated results in a similar role.
Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team and liaise with external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field (preferred)
Fluency in English communications skills.
