We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing client co. This individual will oversee the go-to-market strategy for all the products & services. The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute marketing campaigns that will result in quality leads.

Our ideal candidate is an exceptional B2C web/digital marketer with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing, full-funnel marketing programs for large-scale consumer brands. This candidate should also have deep experience collaborating with cross-functional teams ranging from creative to engineering to produce high-impact digital experiences that deliver measurable ROI for the business. This position is fast-paced, so a working style that thrives under pressure will be a source of motivation and inspiration. In addition, the ability to creatively problem-solve and effectively communicate across all teams and levels of the company will be crucial for success.

Responsibilities

Lead the go-to-market strategy for healthcare products & services and collaborate with cross-functional teams ranging from creative to engineering

Develop and execute integrated web/digital marketing campaigns that will result in pre-orders and sales this year

Build, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok)

Guide the growth and development of our marketing website with an emphasis on search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)

Partner closely with content marketing to develop data-driven concepts to improve organic traffic and rankings for our marketing website and content

Support the strategic vision and direction for the company's web experience, integrated campaigns, and general optimizations across our marketing website, blogs, social media, etc.

Ensure timely delivery of all projects by working closely with stakeholders, creative, and development teams

Build out dashboards, and testing plans, report on success, and identify areas of opportunity

Help build brand recognition, authority, and trust with our target audiences and business partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

7+ years experience in consumer technology marketing with expertise in web marketing, performance strategy, or growth marketing

Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid digital marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, SEM, SEO, etc.)

Experience effectively managing internal stakeholders and external agencies through the web development lifecycle

Experience managing web analytics, A/B testing, and reporting (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)

Excellent communication skills; the ability to articulate vision and create roadmaps with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent collaboration skills; ability to engage and influence peers cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
