Our client is fast growing marketing agency working with some of the top notch Global FMCG Brands in the Middle East & Europe.

You will be a senior member of the team, and have thorough experience in managing online retail & FMCG Brands. As well as a track record in delivering outstanding campaigns, with an aim to continually engage, attract and delight the growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the online product merchandising, from images, search experience, events and navigation - ensuring high quality and accuracy
  • Drive commercially beneficial purchasing behavior - using the tools available
  • Manage large onsite events and campaigns
  • Work with and manage a team of merchandisers, motivating, encouraging and driving productivity
  • Continually coming up with creative ways to engage and attract customers, encouraging sales
  • Keep on top of trends and competitors' initiatives
  • Work in unison with buying, product, branding and marketing on campaigns
  • In charge of optimizing the econtent copy to maximize online visibility
  • Support the execution of the e-commerce strategy by assisting regional ecommerce squad and providing recommendations based on in-depth analysis of trends, consumer research, competitive activities enabling to accelerate growth
  • Work closely with brands and markets to help them to develop their activation plans and business models for e-commerce roll out and implementation
  • Creation of playbooks and best practice to support EMEA markets to win in eCommerce.

You Will Have

  • Fluency in Spanish Language is a must for this role.
  • Will be based in Warsaw, Poland. Open to travel if required.
  • Thorough experience in online retail and onsite product merchandising
  • Experience in e-merchandising - whether it's F&B or health and beauty or FMCG Brands
  • A background in team management, the ability to encourage, motivate and lead a team is integral to the success of this role
  • A customer-centric approach, passionate about delivering exciting and innovative campaigns to your customer base
  • Strong communication skills, and regular work with internal stakeholders is integral to the success of this role
