About the job Account Director - Leading Media Agency - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
Responsible for building out campaign flowcharts and detailed media plans (considering target, audience size, available assets, goals, etc.) with reach/frequency analysis to support overarching recommendations
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of campaigns with strategists and media directors across all channels including traditional (TV, Radio, OOH & Print) and digital media (Display, OLV, Streaming Audio, Social, Search, etc.)
Extensive digital media planning knowledge a must
Coordinate and run team planning and performance evaluation meetings
Ensure optimizations are implemented across media types and performance improves week over week
Report out to client and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met including bi-weekly reports, ads dashboard, executive summary & recaps
Assist with trafficking, trading, reporting, and billing, across all media channels as needed to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Read industry trades and stay updated on omnichannel marketing trends
Participate in vendor meetings; staying up to speed on all developments (new ad formats, targeting capabilities, et al.)
Help grow account scope in the form of additional budget, campaign volume, media types included, etc
Qualifications
8-10 years of media planning and buying experience along with the client services experience
Exceptional verbal/written communication - Arabic will be an advantage.
Strong mathematical and analytical acumen
Proven experience in managing high budgets and revenues and big Clients
Extensive experience in running accounts/client relationship management
Traffic or ad operations experience
Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
