We are working with a fast growing consumer electronics product company to help them find their next superstar in Dubai to cover the GCC & MENA region. 

What The Role Involves

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to specific regions to drive user acquisition and engagement on our social networking platform.

Utilize data analytics and user insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, tracking performance metrics and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, incorporating innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and influencers, to amplify our brand presence within the region.

Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy tailored for a DTC model.

Leverage advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Recruit, lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including performance marketers and offline sales professionals, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.

Manage the budget for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Monitor and report on budget performance against established targets.

P&L responsibilities.

Direct the offline sales team in aligning their strategies with the overarching performance marketing goals.

Ensure a seamless integration between online and offline customer experiences.

What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Seasoned professional with a deep understanding of DTC marketing, digital channels, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Proven experience in effectively managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns, particularly in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) sector.

Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience in the e-commerce industry is a bonus!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
