Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities in key accounts to achieve yearly team revenue goals
  • Own and manage relationships with top partners and brands
  • Strategize big ideas that align with clients' business goals and objectives
  • Strategize tactics for selling brands into influencer campaigns and other capabilities/products
  • Lead, own, and act as the main POC through all sold initiatives, including influencer campaigns and/or placements, with support from Campaigns Management team and/or Marketing team
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Identify areas of opportunities and understand the account, business needs, influencer marketing landscape, and metrics that may impact business decisions
  • Partner with Director of Partnerships and other Partnerships team members to forecast expected revenue from growth tactics for larger strategic deal sizes
  • Work cross-functionally across internal teams to resolve issues that impact business, partners, influencers, and consumers
  • Contribute to overall larger business objectives related to new business and growth opportunities
  • Meet with clients and attend industry conferences

Qualifications:

  • Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years of excelling in a sales or business development role
  • Strong ability to navigate matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes and strategies to drive revenue for the business
  • Skilled in negotiation of multi-million dollar deals and upfront contracts
  • Proven experience increasing year over year revenue as an individual contributor
  • Analytical approach to identifying and solving client issues
  • Ability to analyze data and insights and utilize them in the sales process
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Solid references from clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, Keynote, and Salesforce
  • Passionately professional
