Role Description:

As the Regional Head of Strategy & Product at a Global Media Agency, you'll be entrusted with pivotal responsibilities shaping the trajectory of all digital endeavors. 

Your leadership will be instrumental in orchestrating the optimization of mobile performance campaigns across diverse programmatic buying platforms. 

Spearhead the team, serving as the primary liaison for refining strategies to enhance campaign efficacy.

Encompass defining, executing, and refining digital programmatic media channel strategies. 

Ensure seamless activation of the Digital Activation Process, with a keen focus on pacing and performance within your purview. 

Crafting exemplary programmatic media strategies across search, display, social, and video channels for our clients will be at the forefront of your endeavors.

Innovation and thought leadership in the digital realm will be your hallmark. You'll provide invaluable insights into campaign design and leverage demand-side platforms optimally. 

Collaborating closely with the Tactical Planning team, you'll ensure efficient campaign setup, adjustments, and optimization.

Your role extends to strategic collaboration with the Strategy team to decipher client goals and relay insightful results. 

Implementing cutting-edge business intelligence tools and fostering client relationships are paramount. You'll maintain accountability over client budgets and foster strong global relationships.

Furthermore, you'll set the course by establishing budgets, KPIs, and a robust measurement framework. 

Your thought leadership will extend beyond the present, envisioning a multi-year roadmap for programmatic evolution. 

Communicating tech and data needs effectively across cross-functional teams will ensure seamless campaign deployment and reporting.

Your adeptness in identifying industry innovations and forging partnerships will drive our channel strategies to the pinnacle. Participation in new business endeavors will further showcase your prowess.

Qualifications:

You bring over 12 years of distinguished experience, including a minimum of 6 years in nurturing and leading diverse teams within dynamic environments. 

Proficiency in handling large datasets and evaluating methodologies is imperative. 

Your expertise in programmatic display buying, particularly in paid search and display, is indispensable.

Hands-on experience with ad technology stacks and programmatic implementation processes is a prerequisite. 

A strong command over marketing technologies and analytical prowess in interpreting e-commerce and retail KPIs is expected. 

You exhibit exceptional communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration across teams.

While not mandatory, certifications or degrees in digital domains are highly valued. Familiarity with Google Analytics, YouTube, and Meta campaign setup is advantageous. 

Proficiency in 3rd party verification tools, like DoubleVerify, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, will further enrich your profile.
