As a Traffic manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the workflow of campaigns and projects within the agency.

Main responsibilities:

Proficient in multitasking and collaborating closely with client services and the creative team to strategize, develop, and oversee project timelines and workflow.

Juggle a wide variety of creative requests from multiple client servicing teams with competing deadlines and limited resources and understanding of project timelines.

Strong decision-making and prioritization to ensure jobs are effectively trafficked and timelines are adjusted as and when needed.

Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of projects and different teams.

Understand briefs and assess timelines, then allot specific jobs to the creative team.

Distribute assignments to in-house creative teams depending on their availability and priorities.

Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.

Maintain job files and check creative output.

Efficiently relay requests and tasks from client services to their respective teams, ensuring that content creators adhere to deadlines. 

This involves coordinating, negotiating, and managing priorities between client services and creative teams to ensure satisfaction with project timelines from all parties involved.

Identify and flag issues that may hinder the progress of the projects. Collaborate with the team to find solutions and implement processes for improvements.

Manage the day-to-day running of workload allocations.

Work closely with HR & Admin dept. to manage all urgent requests.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising or related field.

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of traffic management or project management advertising/creative/digital media agency is mandatory

Strong organizational skills, team management experience, time management, an eye for detail, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent people management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
