ABOUT THE ROLE

Right Recruit is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join as a self-employed partner. This role is designed for a seasoned recruiter who thrives on autonomy and is looking for a market-leading commission structure. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing and successful onboarding—servicing the UK market while operating across the UK and Pakistan.

As a self-employed contractor, you will have the freedom to run your desk like your own business, backed by a competitive 50% commission split on all generated revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development: Proactively identify and pitch to new clients in the UK. Build a robust pipeline of vacancies through strategic networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.

Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs and company culture.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the "360" process, including:

  • Sourcing high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

  • Conducting thorough interviews and screenings.

  • Managing the offer process and salary negotiations.

Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee the successful transition of candidates into their new roles, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed for both domestic and international placements.

Market Consistency: Align your daily operations with UK business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM BST) to ensure seamless communication with clients and candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the UK market.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You must be self-motivated and disciplined, comfortable working in a commission-only environment where your earnings reflect your output.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to "close" on both the client and candidate sides.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory for managing UK-based stakeholders.
  • Setup: As a remote contractor, you must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
