Location: Remote
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month
Reports To: Head of AI / CTO

ABOUT THE ROLE

Right Recruit is hiring an AI Specialist at the junior to mid level to help build, integrate, and optimise AI-powered solutions across our operations. You will work closely with a collaborative team to apply machine learning and AI tools to real-world challenges, gaining hands-on experience across the full AI development lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in building, testing, and deploying machine learning models across a range of use cases.

  • Support integration of AI tools and large language models into existing workflows and products.

  • Help design and maintain data pipelines to support model training and evaluation.

  • Conduct experiments, track results, and contribute to iterative model improvement.

  • Research emerging AI tools and techniques and share findings with the team.

  • Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven features.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, or AI application development.

  • Working knowledge of Python and at least one ML library such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

  • Familiarity with large language models and prompt engineering, including experience with APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

  • Basic understanding of data handling, model evaluation metrics, and version control using Git.

  • Good problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during UK business hours (10 AM to 6 PM).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or AI agent frameworks.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or MLOps tooling.

  • Personal projects, open-source contributions, or a portfolio demonstrating applied AI work.

  • Awareness of responsible AI principles including bias, fairness, and ethical considerations.
