As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a pivotal role in securing tenancies, liaising with both landlords and tenants, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings (in person or virtual) and provide feedback to landlords.

  • Register prospective tenants and match them with suitable properties.

  • Negotiate tenancy terms and secure offers on behalf of clients.

  • Carry out referencing, Right to Rent checks, and support the creation of tenancy agreements.

  • Maintain client relationships and assist with tenancy renewals.

  • Work closely with the property management team for handovers and move-ins.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a property-related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and property portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla).

  • Full UK driving licence (for field-based roles).

  • ARLA qualification is a plus but not essential.
