Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Head to lead our business development, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or government technology solutions, with the ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships. This role is critical to scaling our impact and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies, financial institutions, and enterprise clients in the region.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology providers, integrators, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align commercial offerings with market needs and client feedback.
- Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 58 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within cybersecurity, SaaS, fintech, or government technology.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling business operations in Asia-Pacific markets.
- Strong network and experience working with government bodies, regulatory agencies, or large enterprises.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with a startup mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
