 Job Description:

Role Overview
This leadership position is responsible for spearheading the corporate communication, branding, and creative strategy to drive business expansion and market positioning. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales and customer relationship management teams to enhance customer engagement across the entire buyer journey, including post-purchase experiences. Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent brand messaging, overseeing content development, managing media and stakeholder relations, and leveraging market insights, AI tools, and effective communication frameworks to strengthen brand reputation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated communication and branding strategies to support corporate objectives, new initiatives, and market positioning. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with sales and customer relationship management teams to implement customer engagement strategies throughout the buyer journey. Leverage insights to optimize customer experience, communication effectiveness, and brand loyalty.
  • Lead and manage all post-purchase communications, including customer notifications, coordination of key processes, and milestone updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality content across all communication channels. Manage relationships with media, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
  • Drive brand positioning through industry recognition initiatives, including identifying and managing award submissions to enhance corporate reputation and credibility.
  • Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights, including data from customer relationship management systems, to continuously refine communication strategies and improve impact.
  • Establish and lead crisis communication frameworks, serving as the primary communication lead during reputational or operational challenges.
  • Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence tools and digital solutions to enhance content creation, personalization, and operational efficiency.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline is required; a Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in corporate communication, branding, or related fields, with at least five years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive integrated communication and brand strategies at a corporate or group level.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in stakeholder and media engagement.
  • Proven ability to leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to inform communication strategies and achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • A strategic thinker with strong project governance, execution oversight, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience with crisis communication management and corporate governance practices is an added value.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal, and environmental standards related to corporate communications and branding.
