Position Overview
The Systems Engineer is responsible for technical bidding, design validation, and performance testing for critical data center infrastructure. This role focuses on standardizing technical specifications and test protocols to ensure prefabricated modules meet client requirements and high-quality delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Bidding & Validation: Lead technical bidding and design confirmation for primary equipment, including high/low voltage cabinets, UPS, lithium batteries, chillers, and precision air conditioners.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Conduct comprehensive factory testing for main equipment and prefabricated modules (e.g., power pods, generator pods, cooling station pods, and IT pods).
- Standardization: Develop and standardize test plans and scripts for integrated products to solidify consistent factory acceptance processes.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist in professional tasks and leadership-assigned initiatives to support overall product R&D.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or HVAC Engineering with over 5 years of experience in data center product R&D.
- Deep familiarity with mainstream data center equipment brands and international test standards/regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and the ability to adapt to frequent business travel.
- International project experience is highly preferred.
