Supply Chain Operations Analyst

 Job Description:

Role Purpose:

To maintain ERP hygiene, develop procurement SOPs, and provide departmental analytics. This role ensures the supply chain team operates efficiently and complies with internal controls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP master data, PO workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Create and maintain procurement SOPs and approval matrices.
  • Coordinate payment forecasts and track departmental KPIs.
  • Standardize awarding email formats and management approval processes.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Generate dashboards for supply chain performance (cost savings, on-time delivery, supplier scorecards).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
  • 3+ years in supply chain operations or ERP administration (SAP preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
