About the Project & Client:

Our client is a top-tier main contractor specializing in data centers and mission-critical projects across Southeast Asia. Known for delivering high-quality work under tight timelines, they are now expanding their team for a fast-track Tier III/IV data center in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, management, and monitoring of the master project schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, MEP leads, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all timelines are synchronized and realistic.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and provide recovery plans to maintain momentum on a fast-moving build.

• Conduct schedule risk analysis and maintain accurate forecasts, resource plans, and look-ahead programs.

• Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and dashboards for senior management and clients.

• Support procurement and installation planning, ensuring alignment between engineering, logistics, and construction teams.

• Drive planning best practices and mentor junior planners where applicable.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in large-scale construction projects; data center or critical infrastructure experience is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Strong understanding of construction methodology, critical path scheduling (CPM), and fast-track project execution.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach.

• Willing to be based full-time in Johor Bahru and work 6 days/week.
