Deputy General Manager - Property Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the comprehensive operational excellence and financial performance of our property and facilities management services. You will be responsible for driving exceptional service delivery, ensuring compliance, fostering a high-performance team culture, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans, annual budgets, and operational policies. Lead a diverse team dedicated to continuous improvement in facilities management (Fit-out, Engineering, Security, etc.).
  • Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L for assigned areas, manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make strategic recommendations to achieve financial goals and KPIs.
  • Team Development & Culture: Lead recruitment, performance management, and career development for managerial staff. Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment that promotes retention and teamwork.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, proactively managing relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Quality, Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Oversee regular audits and collaborate on corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in a senior leadership role within hospitality, corporate real estate, or high-rise property management.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Area General Manager with a strong focus on guest services, facilities management, and financial accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and team development.
