Position: General Manager High-Rise Development (Seremban)
Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven General Manager to oversee a large-scale high-rise residential development projects in Seremban. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader who can independently drive project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall execution of the high-rise project from inception to completion.

Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality and compliance with design and safety requirements.

Drive operational efficiency and implement effective project management systems.

Manage, mentor, and motivate the site and project management teams to achieve performance goals.

Provide timely project reports, progress updates, and key decision inputs to senior management.

Maintain strong follow-up and communication with all stakeholders to ensure accountability and task completion.
Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in property development or main contractor environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity handling high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Detail-oriented, decisive, and results-driven with strong follow-up and execution capability.
