Position: Executive & Training Support Assistant
Number of hours: 10-20 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO and CLO with day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle email management, follow-ups, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
Use AI tools to create proposals, training materials, and business documents
Support content development for workshops, webinars, and learning programs
Provide live support during webinars, workshops, and training sessions
Assist with participant management, chat moderation, and technical coordination
Be present on camera when required during sessions
Coordinate pre- and post-training logistics
Manage and update company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries
Support branding and visibility efforts
Assist in coordinating light business development activities
Track leads, follow-ups, and client communications
Support proposal preparation and client onboarding processes
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative, executive support, or similar roles
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting webinars, training, or online events is an advantage
Knowledge of the training or learning & development industry is highly preferred
Proficient in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
