Position: Sales Representative/Business Development Manager (In-House)
Number of hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: PHT
Key Responsibilities.
Identify and generate new business opportunities for RBS.
Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups with potential clients.
Present company services confidently during client meetings and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Manage the sales pipeline and track leads from prospecting to closing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Attend virtual or in-person meetings to represent the company professionally.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Confident and comfortable presenting to clients and handling meetings.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly professional, proactive, and goal oriented.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or service-based industries is a plus.
