Position: Sales Representative/Business Development Manager (In-House)

Number of hours: 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for RBS.

  • Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups with potential clients.

  • Present company services confidently during client meetings and presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and track leads from prospecting to closing.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

  • Attend virtual or in-person meetings to represent the company professionally.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

  • Confident and comfortable presenting to clients and handling meetings.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly professional, proactive, and goal oriented.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or service-based industries is a plus.
