Position: Sales & Procurement Coordinator

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Key Responsibilitie

Coordinate sales and procurement activities for IT products across the Australian market

  • Source IT products with a target lifespan of 3–5 years, ensuring quality and sustainability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to meet sales demand

  • Support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, supplier communications, and product data

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and/or procurement (preferably in IT products)

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and lifecycle considerations (required)

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a sales-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathic approach

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity

  • Familiarity with the Australian market is a plus
