Responsibilities:

A. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Source qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other online channels based on the company’s buyer persona.

  • Identify new business opportunities, track prospect timelines, decision-makers, and intent signals.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, qualifications, and opportunities in the company CRM.

  • Conduct outreach via email, calls, and chats to engage leads and secure appointments.

  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings with potential clients.

B. Email Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Create, localize, and manage branded email marketing campaigns in alignment with company goals.

  • Develop email templates and edit layouts based on client branding.

  • Set up, test, and deploy newsletters and campaigns to specific segments using marketing automation tools.

  • Monitor KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, and conversions.

  • Manage the QA process for emails, ensuring all technical and brand standards are met before launch (checking subject lines, links, creatives, etc.).

C. Communication & Alignment

  • Develop written responses and conversation flows aligned with the company’s messaging guidelines.

  • Ensure professional, prompt, and valuable conversations with potential clients and leads.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand campaign goals and optimize targeting and messaging.

D. Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Consistently update and maintain clean and organized lead records in the CRM system.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, email marketing metrics, and appointment conversions.

  • Evaluate campaign performance and suggest optimizations for future outreach.

E. Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Assist with miscellaneous sales or marketing tasks when needed.

  • Support internal projects or initiatives aimed at improving lead generation or campaign outcomes.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or equivalent).

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent research skills and ability to evaluate lead relevance.

  • Strong written communication skills for outreach and documentation.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage large volumes of data.

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
