Position: SEO Specialist for Google Ads

Responsibilities:

SEO

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements to improve organic ranking.

  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all new content.

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

  • Develop and manage link-building strategies and technical SEO improvements.

  • Track organic traffic, page performance, and ranking movements to provide actionable insights.

Google Ads

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ad campaigns.

  • Perform keyword and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance.
    Monitor daily campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversions.

  • Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and extensions for maximum ROI.

  • Manage budgets and adjust bidding strategies to achieve performance goals.

  • Generate regular performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Google Ads Specialist (24 years preferred).

  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO.

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and using Google Ads Editor.

  • Familiarity with analytics and SEO/SEM tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Google Ads certification(s). (a Plus)

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. (a Plus)

  • Experience working with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns. (a Plus)

  • Knowledge of remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
