Tasks Required:

  • Coordinate and track multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Act as the main communication bridge between the Founder/Owner and VAs
  • Organize tasks, priorities, and deadlines across different workstreams
  • Monitor progress and follow up with team members proactively
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for the Founder
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and task scheduling
  • Ensure clear documentation of processes and workflows

Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and different time zones
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy (experience with tools like Monday.com)

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting founders or startups
  • Familiarity with SOP creation and process optimization
  • Background in operations or project management
