Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow the YouTube channel (subscribers, views, engagement, revenue)
Provide content ideas for videos, podcasts, and YouTube Shorts
Optimize videos using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
Manage and upload content, ensuring proper formatting and scheduling
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
Repurpose content into short-form videos (Shorts) to increase reach
Collaborate with the team to align content with goals and audience interests
Identify trends and opportunities to increase channel growth and monetization
Qualifications
Proven experience in YouTube management and growth strategies
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics
Experience with content planning, ideation, and social media strategy
Familiarity with podcasts and short-form content (Shorts/Reels/TikTok)
Basic video editing or coordination skills is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
