Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Number of hours: 10-20 hours/week
Schedule: UK Time
Tasks required:
Conduct market research to identify potential businesses aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Build and maintain detailed lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM systems
Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and connect with potential leads
Craft personalized connection messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn
Qualify leads before handing them off to sales or marketing teams
Organize and track outreach efforts and lead status
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals
Assist in developing email outreach campaigns
Keep databases up-to-date and ensure data accuracy
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on lead generation performance
Requirements:
Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or market research
Strong internet research skills and ability to find decision-makers within organizations
Familiarity with using LinkedIn and lead generation tools
Proficient in using spreadsheets and Google Workspace
Strong communication and copywriting skills for crafting outreach messages
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Basic understanding of surveyors and their services, or willingness to learn quickly
