Position: General Virtual Assistant
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: UK Time
Tasks required:
Create, schedule, and publish content for company pages (website, social media, etc.)
Provide administrative support including inbox management, data entry, and internal coordination
Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats (e.g., quotes, short posts, infographics, etc.)
Manage and update social media pages and website content regularly
Assist in creating visual content using tools like Canva
Monitor engagement and analytics across platforms to optimize performance
Coordinate social media campaigns and giveaways
Develop and manage the company newsletter (content planning, scheduling, and sending)
Research and implement ways to educate the audience about the surveying industry
Stay updated with social media trends and propose relevant strategies
Perform internet research, transcription, and other ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Ability to write and edit content for diverse audiences
Eagerness to learn and understand the surveying industry
Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative mindset
