Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Sales (CSR) to provide top-notch support across multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Experience with inbound and outbound calls, upselling, telemarketing, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Citrix is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools like Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance
- Customer Service Sales
Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in solar energy is preferred.
- Residency in Bulacan, Philippines is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Preferred Skills:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Upselling products and services
- Telemarketing or sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
