Position: B2B Cold Caller

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients within the UK estate agency market

  • Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities

  • Follow structured scripts while adapting communication based on client responses

  • Log call activities, outcomes, and lead information in CRM systems

  • Support email outreach and follow-ups when needed

  • Maintain a professional and confident approach when engaging prospects

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, specifically within the UK / British market

  • Background or familiarity with the estate agency / real estate industry

  • Demonstrated cold calling experience reflected in resume or portfolio

  • Experience using Instantly for cold calling and email sequencing

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems

  • Experience in email outreach and sales pipelines

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral or British-friendly accent

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
