Position: Sales Development Representative/Business Development

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns using client-provided prospect databases.

  • Perform voicemail follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.

  • Execute email marketing and outreach campaigns to generate interest and engagement.

  • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests to targeted prospects and decision-makers.

  • Conduct LinkedIn messaging and follow-up campaigns to engage prospects, build rapport, and generate sales opportunities.

  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities based on established criteria.

  • Book qualified appointments directly on the client's calendar.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through professional and consultative communication across phone, email, and LinkedIn channels.

  • Track all prospect interactions, outreach activities, LinkedIn engagements, and follow-ups within the designated CRM or tracking system.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and meet appointment-setting targets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.

  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience leveraging client-provided prospect databases to execute structured outreach campaigns.

  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, fluent, and neutral accent.

  • Confident and professional when engaging decision-makers and potential clients over the phone and via email.

  • Experience with CRM systems, call tracking tools, and sales outreach platforms is preferred.

  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently achieve performance targets.
