Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: 9AM-1PM (Utah Time Zone)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and well-seasoned Lead Generation Specialist with exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, to support our outreach and appointment-setting efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting email blasts, LinkedIn outreach, and booking appointments with key stakeholders. Experience in working with political or government officials, as well as a background in real estate or urban planning, is a strong plus.
Tasks Required:
Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
Craft and send targeted email blasts and follow-ups
Set appointments with potential clients or stakeholders via email or LinkedIn
Conduct research to collect relevant data and contact information for outreach
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and appointment status
Collaborate with internal team members to align lead generation strategies with overall goals
Adapt messaging for different industries, especially in political/government and real estate sectors
Role Requirements:
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, email marketing platforms, etc.
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to independently research and gather accurate data
Experience engaging with political/government officials is a strong plus
Familiarity with real estate and urban planning industries is an advantage
Self-motivated and results-driven
