Job Overview

The Account Associate is responsible for supporting the execution and performance of e-commerce operations for brand partners. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day platform activities, and driving campaign execution to achieve business targets.

The position plays a key role in analyzing performance data, generating insights, and supporting account growth through structured planning and effective execution across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare joint business plans (JBP) and support the tracking of performance against targets through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with brand partners and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to deliver effective solutions and campaign execution
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with business objectives
  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including:
    • Graphic briefs
    • Store setup
    • Banner cutting and uploads
    • Campaign submissions across platforms
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer funnel
  • Generate actionable insights to support optimization of marketing and promotional strategies
  • Manage and optimize onsite marketing tools and affiliate marketing tools to maximize performance
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to both internal stakeholders and brand partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all campaign-related activities
  • Participate in or lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, account management, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and project experience are welcome to apply

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution

Additional Requirements

  • Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
