Job Overview
The Account Associate is responsible for supporting the execution and performance of e-commerce operations for brand partners. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day platform activities, and driving campaign execution to achieve business targets.
The position plays a key role in analyzing performance data, generating insights, and supporting account growth through structured planning and effective execution across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare joint business plans (JBP) and support the tracking of performance against targets through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
- Coordinate cross-functionally with brand partners and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to deliver effective solutions and campaign execution
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with business objectives
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including:
- Graphic briefs
- Store setup
- Banner cutting and uploads
- Campaign submissions across platforms
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer funnel
- Generate actionable insights to support optimization of marketing and promotional strategies
- Manage and optimize onsite marketing tools and affiliate marketing tools to maximize performance
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to both internal stakeholders and brand partners
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all campaign-related activities
- Participate in or lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, account management, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and project experience are welcome to apply

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is an advantage
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
Additional Requirements
- Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
