Responsibilities:

1. Creative & Visual Direction

  • Develop creative concepts and visual direction for Live Streaming, Shoppertainment, and Virtual Events.
  • Define mood & tone, set design, graphic packages, and on-screen experience.
  • Oversee overall creative quality to ensure the concept is aligned from pre-production to production.

2. Art Execution & Production Alignment

  • Design and supervise visual elements including sound, set, stage, props, costumes, and graphics.
  • Source and select props and costumes that align with the concept and budget.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Graphic Designers, and Technical Teams to ensure creative ideas can be effectively executed.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all platforms.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Live Creatives in the team.
  • Review and approve creative work before client presentation and before going live.
  • Manage creative timelines to align with the overall production schedule.

4. Innovation & AI-Driven Design

  • Utilize AI tools to develop concepts, mood boards, visual mockups, and presentations.
  • Leverage AI to increase design speed and improve creative output quality.
  • Develop new live formats and visual gimmicks to enhance engagement and audience excitement.
  • Continuously track trends in Live Commerce, Live Streaming Design, and Creative Technology.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative, or Live Production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or 3D design programs.
  • Direct experience in Live Streaming or Digital Content Production.
  • Understanding of camera systems, lighting, color, sound, and live production constraints.
  • Experience using AI tools for design and creative development (e.g., AI image generation, AI presentation tools, prompting skills) is a strong advantage.
  • A portfolio showcasing visual design, set design, or live streaming projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
