ERP Technical Developer

Key Responsibilities:

AX 2012 Development

• Develop and maintain custom modules in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
• Implement business logic using X++
• Build and maintain forms, classes, and tables
• Develop SSRS reports and custom workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

System Integrations

Design and maintain integrations between AX and external systems such as:

• CRM systems
• eCommerce platforms
• Warehouse management systems
• Payment gateways
• Business Intelligence / data warehouse systems

Responsibilities include:

• Building API integrations (REST / SOAP)
• Developing middleware or service integrations
• Monitoring integration jobs and resolving failures

Data & Reporting Support

• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Support data extraction for reporting and analytics
• Assist with data migration and data validation tasks
• Support BI teams with ERP data structures

ERP Migration Preparation

Support the company's long-term migration from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 by:

• Documenting existing customizations
• Evaluating technical debt and legacy modules
• Recommending improvements to reduce migration complexity
• Supporting migration planning activities

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years experience in ERP development
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
• Strong knowledge of X++ development
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience integrating ERP with external systems
• Understanding of APIs (REST / SOAP)
