Account Execlusive (Beauty Creator Management)

Role Summary
Manage and expand a network of beauty creators to drive affiliate sales and achieve brand KPIs, while building strong creator relationships.

Responsibilities

· Source, onboard, and manage beauty creators on TikTok and other platforms

· Increase video content and live streaming output from creators

· Maintain creator relationships and negotiate terms and agreements

· Collaborate with internal teams to support creator performance

· Track creator performance and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in a related field

· Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or talent acquisition

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok

· Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
