Key responsibility

  • Project Planning & Scheduling

    • Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, content calendars, and delivery schedules for campaigns and content initiatives.
    • Ensure all deliverables align with defined scopes, deadlines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate and oversee task assignments across the Creative, Content Executive, and Production teams.
  • Internal Collaboration & Communication

    • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders including Account Executives, Strategic Planners, and Content Planners.
    • Organize and lead project briefings, ensuring alignment across all functions and clear understanding of timelines and responsibilities.
    • Identify and proactively resolve potential risks or resourcing conflicts.
  • Production Coordination & Vendor Management

    • Source, brief, and manage external production vendors when additional capacity is required.
    • Oversee outsourced production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding vendor contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Operational Oversight

    • Monitor the progress of multiple simultaneous projects and reallocate resources as needed to maintain schedule integrity.
    • Conduct regular status check-ins with team leads to review capacity, flag bottlenecks, and maintain momentum.
    • Ensure final outputs meet the required creative standards, technical specifications, and brand guidelines.
  • Reporting & Status Tracking

    • Provide consistent updates to key stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines, and any emerging challenges.
    • Maintain internal dashboards, schedules, and project status reports to ensure operational visibility and accountability.

Qualification & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in project management or production operations within an advertising agency, digital marketing firm, or creative production environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with project management platforms or open to learn new tools.
    • Understanding of creative production workflows, especially for digital and social content.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a solution-driven mindset.
    • High attention to detail, with a focus on timeline adherence and quality assurance.
