Job Overview

The Senior Creator & Affiliate CRM Associate is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with creators and affiliates through structured CRM processes.

This role focuses on driving engagement, retention, and performance of creators and affiliate partners by leveraging data, segmentation, and targeted communication strategies. The position plays a key role in supporting revenue growth by ensuring effective collaboration between creators, affiliates, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing large networks of partners in a fast-paced social commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems for creators and affiliate partners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Segment creators and affiliates based on performance, category, and engagement level to drive targeted strategies
  • Develop and execute engagement plans to improve creator and affiliate activation, retention, and performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, engagement, activation rate)
  • Identify high-potential creators and affiliates, and implement strategies to maximize their contribution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Creator Management, KOL, Account, Marketing, Live Operations) to align campaign execution and support partner needs
  • Design and implement communication flows (e.g., campaigns, announcements, updates) for creators and affiliates
  • Track and optimize affiliate program performance, including commission structures and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on CRM performance and partner engagement
  • Support the development and improvement of CRM processes, tools, and automation initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, affiliate marketing, creator management, or related roles
  • Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital platforms is highly preferred

  • Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
