Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-3+ years experience in account management, e-commerce, or sales & marketing roles
- Strong Excel and data skills
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
- Good English communication (reading/writing)
- Project management experience concise with timeline and project ownership.
- Client Management & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address real-time challenges and find creative solutions during live events.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in using performance data to analyze campaigns and make recommendations to improve results.
