About the job Account Manager (E-Commerce)

Key responsibility

  • Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reviews of performance against targets
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with brands, and sales and marketing team to deliver the right solution and results.
  • Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating execution with brand partners
  • Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Generate insight to guide promotional and marketing input
  • Manage and optimize onsite marketing tools and affiliate marketing tools
  • Day to day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set ups, cutting & uploading banners, and campaign submissions to platform
  • Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external team.
  • Participate or lead in adhoc projects across functions.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2 - 4 years working experience in an Ecommerce company, Internet start-up, International Brand, FMCG, fashion,Beauty retailer or consulting Strong Excel and data skills
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Good English communication (reading/writing)
