Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Officer (Recruitment Focus) who will play a critical role in scaling our team. This role is not just about hiring—it's about building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and shaping the future workforce of a fast-growing e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, JobThai, JobsDB, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across key roles (e.g., E-commerce, Live, Creator, Operations)
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, mindset, and culture fit
  • Provide structured feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
  • Provide consultation on job requirements, candidate profiles, and market insights
  • Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes aligned with business timelines
  • Identify bottlenecks in hiring and propose solutions to improve speed and quality
  • Apply creative sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Track and improve key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional new joiner experience
  • Coordinate documentation, orientation, and first-day readiness
  • Contribute to internal mobility and talent development initiatives
  • Support HR projects related to performance management, engagement, and retention

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment
  • Hands-on experience using job boards (LinkedIn, JobThai, JobsDB, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Strong coordination skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
