Your Responsibilities
- Develop and design the creative direction for live productions, including visuals, sound, stage, props, and costumes, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and sales strategy.
- Create and develop themes for major campaigns such as New Product Launches, Superbrand Day, and Shoppertainment campaigns, while managing costs within the allocated budget.
- Plan, communicate, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative ideas are executed effectively and practically.
- Stay updated with new trends, analyze competitors, and introduce live innovations through new equipment, techniques, or storytelling formats.
- Write creative briefs, prepare mood boards, and present ideas clearly to the team to bring concepts to life.
What We're Looking For
- A visually-driven and idea-oriented creative with a strong sense of style and passion for Live Production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience working with a Creative Agency or in Visual Communication will be an advantage.
- Eager to learn new things, stay updated with trends, adapt quickly, and communicate ideas effectively.
